This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the privacy practices of Resin Flooring Group Pty Ltd (Resin Flooring Group,” “we,” or “us”) with respect to visitors and members (collectively, “you”) of its websites. This Policy applies only to Resin Flooring Group and Resin Flooring Group’s websites that post this Policy (collectively, “Websites”). This Policy does not apply to any other website, including websites that may be accessed via a hyperlink from our website.

We may use your information for several purposes, including sending personalized and general email, processing purchases of products and services, providing customer service, and running and implementing promotions from us and/or our affiliates, partners and advertisers. 4. Security and E-Commerce
Resin Flooring Group currently utilizes e-commerce functionality through Stripe. In order to purchase products on the Website, the user will be required to enter personal and financial information through Stripe. At no time does Resin Flooring Group request, collect, or store user credit card information within its own systems.
Information collected by Resin Flooring Group under this Policy is stored on secure servers, which are protected by industry standard security measures. However, no security system is impenetrable, and these systems could become accessible in the event of a security breach. We cannot enforce or control the security of the computers, electronic devices, or electronic communication method that you may use to send e-mails and submit information to us over the Internet. You are responsible for ensuring that the computers, electronic devices and electronic communication methods you use will provide adequate security for communicating with us.
5. Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing a website. However, although you may opt-out of the use and sharing of information for marketing purposes, we may continue to use information (1) for any purposes if the information does not contain data by which you can be personally identified (such as your name or street address) and (2) for non‑marketing purposes as such as those uses described in Sections 6-8 above and other business purposes, including processing, fulfillment, tracking, satisfying contractual obligations, and customizing your experience at the Websites.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to alter this Policy at any time and without notice. However, if we make any material changes that affect the uses of your information, we will post an alert on the Websites.
